True Hybrid Appliance: Get Built-In Resiliency with Vx Technology™
Red Condor's Vx Technology is the industry's first email security that integrates a local network appliance with cloud-based Hosted service. By combining the spam-filtering capability of Red Condor's Message Assurance Gateway (MAG) network appliances with the company's nationwide network of data centers, resources are always available to prevent spam attacks from overwhelming individual servers.

Spam is placing an enormous strain on customers' CPU resources and hard drive space. Red Condor is able to offload that pressure with network load sharing. In addition to automatic, on-demand load sharing, Vx Technology also allows the customer's local network appliance to completely and automatically fail-over to Red Condor's hosted service should it go down entirely because of overwhelming attacks, power failure or other network issues.

Performance you can count on
Because of the extraordinary computing capacity needed to scan email traffic during malicious email attacks, the ability to offload email filtering to Red Condor's hosted service ensures the continued delivery of legitimate email. In the past, the only way network owners could address this issue was by purchasing multiple network appliances and having that hardware “sit and wait” for an emergency. Because of Vx Technology, Red Condor MAG appliance owners don't need to waste budget on unused hardware. Vx Technology is now an available upgrade feature for all Red Condor MAG appliances.
